About Your
Award Ticket

Two things you should know before you pay: this ticket earns no miles, and there is a small chance the airline cancels it. Please read this page in full.

1. How your ticket is issued

The ticket we issue for you is an award (redemption) booking, made using frequent flyer miles or points sourced by us. You are paying us a service price for sourcing the miles and arranging the booking. You are not buying a standard revenue fare from the airline.

The price we quote is the award's mileage cost multiplied by our per-point rate, plus the airline's taxes and carrier-imposed charges. There are no booking fees on top of that.

2. You will not earn miles, points or status

Because the ticket is issued as an award booking, the flight does not earn:

This applies even if you add your own frequent flyer number to the booking. Award tickets do not accrue in any programme, whoever is flying. If earning miles or status on this trip matters to you, this ticket is not suitable — you should book a paid fare directly with the airline instead. Tell us if that is the case and we will say so plainly rather than sell you the wrong thing.

3. Cancellation risk

Airlines restrict the transfer and commercial use of miles under their programme terms. An award ticket issued from an account other than your own can, in some cases, be reviewed and cancelled by the airline before departure.

This is uncommon, but it is a real possibility, and you should decide whether you are comfortable with it before you book. We will not tell you the risk is zero, because it is not.

4. Our refund guarantee

If your ticket is cancelled for this reason at any point before you travel, we refund 100% of everything you have paid us — the service price and the airline taxes and charges we collected — with no deduction and no administrative fee.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

If a ticket is cancelled after your journey has already begun, we refund the unused portion of what you paid us and will help you arrange alternative travel. The cost of that alternative travel is not covered — see the section below.

5. What the refund does not cover

Our guarantee covers the money you paid us. It does not cover other costs you may have committed to, such as hotels, connecting flights booked separately, visas, car hire, tours, or missed events.

For that reason we strongly recommend:

6. Changes, names and schedule

The passenger name must be correct at the time of issue and matches the passport you give us. Name changes are generally not permitted on award tickets once issued. If the airline changes or cancels the flight itself for operational reasons, we will handle the rebooking with the airline on your behalf at no charge.

7. How you accept these terms

No payment is taken through this website. Bookings are arranged directly with you by WhatsApp, email or phone, and payment is made separately by bank wire, PayPal or cryptocurrency.

By proceeding with your booking and making payment by any method, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to this page — including that:

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make payment. If anything here is unclear, ask us before paying and we will explain it.

Version 1.0 — effective 1 August 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time. The version that applies to your booking is the version published on this page on the date you make payment. This page forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
