AirMilesHK.com and its operating companies ("we", "us", "the Company") provide an independent airline miles brokerage service. We facilitate the purchase and transfer of airline frequent flyer miles and hotel loyalty points to customers' accounts. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any airline or hotel loyalty programme.
It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the purchase of miles is permitted under the terms and conditions of their frequent flyer programme. AirMilesHK.com accepts no liability for any action taken by an airline or hotel programme against a customer's account arising from the purchase of miles.
If we are unable to complete a miles transfer for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Refunds are not available once miles have been successfully deposited to the customer's account.
We aim to complete all transfers — typically instantly — of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are provided at time of order and are not guaranteed due to factors outside our control including airline system maintenance windows.
We accept PayPal (5% processing surcharge applies), bank wire transfer, and cryptocurrency. All payments are in USD unless otherwise agreed. Prices are fixed at the time of order confirmation.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order (name, email, frequent flyer number). We do not sell, share, or rent customer data to third parties. All data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
All airline, hotel, and loyalty programme names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. AirMilesHK.com has no affiliation with any of these organisations. Use of brand names on this website is for descriptive purposes only.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
