Common questions

How does the award booking service price tickets?

The award's mileage cost multiplied by our per-point rate, plus the airline's taxes and carrier charges. No booking fees. Current rates include Singapore Airlines at 1.65 cents per point, Cathay Pacific at 2.00 and Emirates at 2.15.

Will my ticket earn miles or status?

No. Award tickets accrue nothing in any programme, even with your own frequent flyer number on the booking. If earning matters to you, a paid fare suits you better — and we will say so.

What if the airline cancels my ticket?

If an award ticket is cancelled before travel, we refund 100% of everything you paid us — service price and the taxes we collected — within 3–5 business days. The full terms are on our award ticket terms page.

Can I send award space I found myself?

Yes — screenshot the availability and send it on WhatsApp. We price it and, if you go ahead, issue it. If you have not found space, tell us the route and we search for you.

Payments

Which currencies can I pay in?

Most customers pay by domestic bank transfer in their own currency — we hold local accounts for US dollars, British pounds, euros, Australian dollars, Singapore dollars, Hong Kong dollars and other major currencies. That means no international wire fees. Buyers can also pay in USDT (stablecoin) if preferred.

Can I pay with cryptocurrency?

Buyers can pay in USDT (stablecoin). Bank transfer in your local currency remains the most common method; USDT is simply an additional option for those who prefer it.
