This is our award ticket booking service applied to one airline. You tell us the route and dates. We check live Etihad award availability, quote one fixed price — fare, taxes, surcharges, our fee, everything — and once you confirm and pay, the ticket is issued in your name with a normal Etihad e-ticket number you can verify on etihad.com. No membership needed, no miles maths, no hunting for award space at 2am.
Two honest caveats, the same ones on every award ticket we sell: the ticket earns no miles or status in any programme, and availability is subject to award space on your specific dates. Both are spelled out in our award ticket terms, together with the 100% refund if the airline cancels before travel.

Why a fixed price beats doing it yourself
Etihad Guest's own chart prices Abu Dhabi–Europe business class from roughly 70,000 miles one way at the saver level, with Seoul awards starting around 67,500 miles — and the cheap fixed-rate seats are limited, so real bookings often price far higher, before taxes and surcharges land on top. Buying, transferring and hunting those miles yourself is a project. Our quote compresses all of it into one number, held for you while you decide, using award space we already know how to find.
Against cash the gap is bigger still: sale fares aside, flexible business fares on the Gulf–Europe and Gulf–Asia trunk routes routinely run to multiples of the prices in the table above. The same "up to 70% below cash" logic that drives our whole flight desk applies — Etihad is simply where our sourcing is deepest right now.

What you get on board
Etihad's long-haul business is a lie-flat product with direct aisle access on the newer aircraft, and the Abu Dhabi–London route carries the A380 — home of the First Apartments if you ever want the next step up. Business Comfort and Deluxe fares from Abu Dhabi include the complimentary chauffeur to and from Zayed International, and lounge access applies on eligible fares. Short sectors like Abu Dhabi–Delhi or Tel Aviv–Abu Dhabi make an inexpensive first taste of the cabin.

Is the ticket really in my own name?
Yes. Every ticket is issued directly in the passenger's name, with a standard Etihad e-ticket number you can verify on etihad.com under Manage Booking. You check in like any other passenger.
Will I earn Etihad Guest miles or status on the flight?
No. These are award tickets issued from miles we source, and award tickets do not accrue miles or status in any programme — even with your frequent flyer number attached. Our award ticket terms explain this plainly before you pay.
What happens if Etihad cancels the flight?
If the airline cancels before travel and no acceptable rebooking exists, you receive a 100% refund under our award ticket terms. Involuntary changes are handled with the airline on your behalf.
Can you price a route that is not in the table?
Yes — the table is our current published allocation, not the limit. Abu Dhabi to Seoul, Paris, Tunis, Johannesburg, Manila or anywhere else Etihad flies: send the route and dates on WhatsApp and we reply with a fixed all-in price the same day.
Do I need an Etihad Guest account?
Not for a ticket we issue — we only need passenger names as printed in the passports. You only need an Etihad Guest account if you choose the other route: buying miles delivered into your own account to book yourself.

Once award space on your dates is confirmed and payment clears, e-tickets are typically issued within hours, and always with the e-ticket number verifiable on etihad.com before you fly.
