One-night stays, checked late August / early September 2026 — rates move daily, so treat these as the shape of the discount rather than a quote. The rate is not available every day. Each hotel releases MMP inventory based on its own occupancy — busy dates, peak seasons and popular resort weekends often show no MMP rate at all, and availability differs from hotel to hotel. This is not a blanket discount you can apply to any stay. The good news: you can check any hotel and date yourself in a minute, before spending anything — steps below.
Check the rate for your own dates — before you buy
You do not need access to see the MMP price. Anyone logged into their Marriott Bonvoy account on marriott.com or in the app can run the search and compare it against the standard rate for the exact hotel and dates they want. Because availability varies by hotel and date, this is worth doing for your actual trip before you decide. It takes about a minute:
- Search as normal. Enter the hotel or city, dates and guests on marriott.com or in the Bonvoy app.
- Open Special Rates. On the search panel, next to dates and rooms, is a Special Rates field. Tap it.
- Choose "Corp/Promo Code" and type MMP. Select the corporate/promo code option, enter MMP, and press Apply. The search header now reads "Corp/Promo Code – MMP".
- Read the results. Rooms priced at the associate rate carry a "Special Rate Available" badge with the MMP price. To see the standard price for the same room, edit the search and set Special Rates back to Lowest Regular Rate — that is exactly how the comparison table above was built.
- Next time, just tick it. Once applied, the code stays saved on your search; on later searches you only need to tick or toggle the special-rate option to bring MMP prices back.
Seeing the rate is free. Booking it is not. Marriott only honours an MMP booking when the guest's Bonvoy account carries a valid authorization at check-in — that is what our 12-month access provides. With access in place, booking is instant under your own Bonvoy account and you present photo ID at check-in like any guest. Since April 2026 verification is digital, no paper forms, though individual properties set their own practices — which is why we stay reachable on WhatsApp throughout your term.

Is this allowed under Marriott's rules?
No — and we say this plainly. The Explore programme is intended for Marriott associates and their genuine friends and family. Arranged access sits outside those eligibility rules. Marriott can cancel bookings, refuse the rate at check-in, or close Explore access it identifies as improper. We disclose this before you pay, our terms set out what happens if access is revoked mid-term, and if the risk does not sit right with you, do not buy it.

No. MMP is capacity-controlled: each hotel decides how much inventory to release at the associate rate based on its own occupancy, so busy dates, peak seasons and popular resort weekends often show no MMP rate, and availability varies from hotel to hotel. It is not a blanket discount for any stay. Check your own hotel and dates before buying — log into your Bonvoy account, enter MMP under Special Rates, and the rate shows if it is available.
Do MMP stays earn Bonvoy points and elite nights?
No. MMP stays are excluded from points and elite night earning. If earning status matters more to you than the discount, this product is the wrong fit — our hotel status packages are the better tool, and we will tell you which suits your travel honestly.
What are the usage rules?
Leisure travel only, room limits apply (typically one to two rooms per night depending on tier), and the guest named on the booking must check in with photo ID. Explore rates cannot be combined with most promotions, and a small voluntary charity donation appears at some participating properties.
