The full process, what we commit to, and the risks — set out before you agree to anything, not after.
We purchase unused frequent flyer miles from account holders across 20+ airline programmes. We also buy hotel loyalty points — Marriott Bonvoy, Hilton Honors, World of Hyatt and IHG One Rewards. Everything on this page applies to both, unless it says otherwise.
We buy from the account holder directly. We do not buy through agents, intermediaries or anyone acting on someone else's behalf.
We give you a quote for the number of miles or points we want to buy. Nothing proceeds until you have signed a written agreement setting out the quantity, the price and the terms below. You receive a signed copy for your records.
Before we proceed, we verify your identity. You will need to provide a valid passport or government-issued photo ID.
The name on your ID must match the name on the loyalty account exactly. We cannot buy from an account registered in someone else's name, and we cannot accept an authorised representative in place of the account holder. This rule protects both of us and we do not make exceptions to it.
Payment is made only to a bank account or payment method held in the same name as your ID and your loyalty account. We do not pay third parties, family members, or business accounts in a different name — no matter the reason given.
We use your account for a period of six months from the date of the agreement. During that time:
How we access the account depends on the programme, because each one handles login verification differently. The exact method is agreed with you and written into your agreement before you sign — you will know precisely how we will be logging in.
Where a programme requires a change to the contact email or phone number on the account, we will tell you first and record it in the agreement. We will not change your account details without your knowledge.
Every booking we make from your account is for travel that is completed within the six-month term. We do not issue tickets for travel that falls after our access ends. This means that if a flight is changed or cancelled by the airline, we still hold access and can deal with it — rather than leaving a problem in your account after we have gone.
At the end of six months our access ends and the account is fully back in your hands. We recommend you change your password and security details at that point. If we complete our redemptions earlier, we will tell you and release the account early.
We want you to make this decision with full information.
Most airline and hotel programmes prohibit selling, transferring or sharing miles, points and accounts for payment. If a programme identifies activity of this kind, it may suspend or close the account and cancel the balance in it — including miles or points you earned yourself, and any you accrue during our six-month term.
We take care to reduce this risk, but we cannot eliminate it and we will not promise you it cannot happen. If you are not comfortable with that possibility, please do not proceed.
Where an account is closed by the programme, the position depends on whether we have already used what we bought:
Losses to your own remaining balance, your status, or benefits are not compensated by us. That is the risk described in section 9, and it is why we set it out before you sign rather than after.
Your ID document is used only to verify your identity and to process payment. We store it securely, restrict access to the staff who need it, and delete it 12 months after the agreement ends. We do not share it with third parties except where we are legally required to.
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you and request its deletion, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations. See our Privacy Policy for more.
